In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hx777 website accessible at hx777.bet, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any downloadable applications made available by hx777.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the hx777 Platform.

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the hx777 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.

• "Real Money Funds" means currency deposited by the Player via any of the approved hx777 payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by hx777 prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request at any time.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which participation in online gambling is specifically restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the hx777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and hx777.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hx777 Platform and must not attempt to register an Account or place any bets. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an Account on hx777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. hx777 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of hx777, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the hx777 Platform.
• You must not be registering from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

hx777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any withdrawals will be placed on hold during that period.

hx777 further reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason for that decision.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. If hx777 identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — hx777 reserves the right to close all such Accounts without notice, void all associated bets and bonus funds, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your hx777 Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no third party — including family members — accesses or uses your Account.
• Notifying hx777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

hx777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or have failed to notify us promptly of any known or suspected breach of security.

hx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, for any fraudulent purpose, or in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

hx777 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Pakistani players. The currently supported methods are set out in the table below. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or the specified currency for each method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, hx777 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and request documentary evidence of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests are processed by hx777 after completion of any applicable KYC verification. hx777 charges no fees on withdrawals. Processing times are indicative and may be subject to delays during periods of high transaction volume, network maintenance, or additional verification requirements. hx777 will communicate any delays to the affected Player promptly.

hx777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which shall be published alongside the promotion on the hx777 Platform.

The following general conditions apply to all hx777 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotional offer page.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per Player Account at any one time unless hx777 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets that are specified as eligible in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards Wagering Requirements.
• hx777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any Bonus Funds already credited and actively subject to a Wagering Requirement at the time of cancellation will be honoured in good faith.
• Promotional abuse, including the use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of betting strategies that circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that hx777 reasonably deems to be exploitation of promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• hx777 reserves the right to apply a maximum bet restriction while a Player is actively clearing a Wagering Requirement. Placing bets that exceed this limit during a bonus period may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus eligibility, including eligibility for welcome offers, is subject to prior Account activity and verification status. hx777 may exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole and absolute discretion where it determines that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria or has previously engaged in promotional abuse on hx777 or any related platform.

All bets placed on the hx777 Platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, or any other wagering product, are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once the hx777 system has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference for any reason — including technical errors, connectivity issues, or system downtime — shall be considered void and any amounts deducted from the Player's balance will be returned.
• hx777 reserves the right to void, cancel, or restrict any bet where it suspects that the Player has placed that bet with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placement, or where the bet is considered to be in violation of any market integrity rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and markets on hx777. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by hx777 at any time. hx777 further reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Player Account at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live dealer session, the round in question will be declared void and all stakes returned. hx777's decision on the outcome of any dispute arising from a technical malfunction is final.
• For sports betting markets: all settlement is based on official results as published by the governing body or competition organiser of the relevant sport. For cricket markets — including PSL and international fixtures — settlement follows the official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board.
• In-play bets on the hx777 sportsbook are accepted in real time. hx777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and for any duration during a live event. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension will be reviewed and may be voided where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hx777 Platform. Engagement in any of the activities below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point including KYC verification.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the hx777 Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or hx777 personnel with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a software error shall be considered void and will be reclaimed from the Player's Account balance.
• Using the hx777 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. hx777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction made to your hx777 Account through your payment provider.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or interferes with the experience of other players.

All content on the hx777 Platform — including but not limited to the hx777 brand name, logo, trade marks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, user interface design, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hx777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the hx777 Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any hx777 software or game.
• Use the hx777 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner — including on social media, promotional material, or any third-party website — without explicit written permission from hx777.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the hx777 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will entitle hx777 to immediately terminate your Account and pursue all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hx777 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hx777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical failure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or any other payment partner.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where hx777 has complied with its security obligations under these Terms.

In all cases where hx777 is found to be directly liable to a Player, our maximum liability shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player to their hx777 Account in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hx777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account on hx777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

hx777 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, and transactional history for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of hx777 services.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law in your home jurisdiction.
